Isaac Hanson is one of the stalwart singers of the contemporary age and is engaged with the internationally renowned band Hanson. He is a proficient player in both electric and acoustic guitars along with being a skilful artist also in piano, bass synth.
From his childhoood Hanson has had a special interest in the sphere of music. He formed his first band with his brothers Taylor and Zac that at the initiatioon was known as the The Hanson Brothers but owing to the incraesing popularity and viability of Hanson it in the later ages was denoted as simply'Hanson.' It started its venture rather in an experimenting mode as the production of the enthusiasm of three young boys and became competent in singing a capella and the recorded popular songs like the 'Rockin' Robin', 'Splish Splash' and 'Johnny B. Godde' along with their original productions. Their first performance happened in 1992 as a profesional group at the Mayfest arts festival in Tulsa.
However their first comercil sucess happened in Ithe year 1997 with the launching of the Middle of Nowhere on the 6 th of May. 'MMMBop', the album' first single which had its debut at #16 in the United States of America reached within a very short time the number one position in both of the USA and the UK. It became the #2 in Canada and tipped the chart in Australia for over two months at a stretch. Being the first generation groups in the focus of the Technological Revolution, it got a wide and wild publicity being heavily featured in the magazines specially dedicated to the teenagers like the Tiger Beat. The combination of the two created a storm among the teenagers and certainly the pre-teen girls. Owing to the trmendous popularity the second single of the same album 'Where's the Love', was also eleveted at the top of the chart. In the year 1998 Hanson had an extremely successful concert tour, during the summer. From that tour the name of Isaac Hanson has been reckoned with and by and large has acquired the central position in the international arena of music.
Following the inspiration from the dot com age, on October 13 in the year 2006 he ca,e out with a new song from the upcoming Van Wilder2 soundtrack, that was meant exclusively for the members of his personal as well as acitivist website Hanson.net . The song called "The Ugly Truth" and is, in the band's own words, "a true back to basics rock'n'roll tune" was an instant hit.
